Arnold will discuss challenges, changes and obstacles facing every homeowner in the coming months and years, including the role interest rates will play and predictions for California's housing market.

This program will also address employee and employer concerns about the availability and development of workforce level housing in the Santa Clarita Valley, along with information about special financing opportunities that may help employees live near their workplace.

The business luncheon is open to the public. Cost is $40 for VIA members and $50 for non-members.
