The city of Santa Clarita is reducing the price of several recreational passes.

The city's Summer Fun Pass, Recreational Swim Pass, and Gymnasium Pass will all be offered for a reduced price and cover entrance fees to several city facilities and events through Labor Day.

The Summer Fun Pass, which originally cost $120 for adults and $65 for kids, is now available at a greatly reduced price: $65 for adults and $35 for kids. The pass grants all-access use of the Sports Complex Gymnasium, Activities Center and Aquatic Center, open play basketball at the Gymnasium, entrance to all Dive-In Movies, and acts as a fast pass for entrance to the Aquatic Center upon opening for recreational swim.

"The city's recreational passes cover admission to several city facilities from Memorial Day through Labor Day," Mayor Frank Ferry said. "With eight weeks left until Labor Day, the price cut on passes offers residents an affordable option to make the most out of the rest of summer at city recreation facilities."

The city's Recreational Swim Pass is now available for $35 for adults and $25 for kids and is perfect for community members looking to get the most out of city pools this summer. The pass, which originally cost $70 for adults and $45 for kids, gives pass-holders unlimited access to recreational swim at all city pools.

The Gymnasium Pass allows community members to enjoy open play basketball and volleyball at the city's Sports Complex Gymnasium. The pass is $30 for adults and $15 for kids, down from $60 and $25, respectively.

All passes are available for purchase at the Registration Office inside the city's Aquatic Center, located at 20850 Centre Pointe Parkway, Santa Clarita 91350.
