Blueprint for destruction

I was thinking about the road map to peace the other day.

On Israel's southwest side lies the Gaza Strip which has been taken over by Hamas. It's armed to the teeth with rockets and run by terrorists who vow to never recognize Israel.

To the north lies Lebanon and the terrorist group Hezbollah. It too is armed, with more rockets than it had in the second Lebanon War also vowing to destroy Israel.

Next to them is Syria, a bitter enemy who was caught building a nuclear reactor with North Korea last year. Israel had to destroy it for a world apparently asleep at the wheel.

Above them is Iran, racing to build a nuclear bomb to fulfill its wish to wipe Israel off the map.

The Palestinians want the West Bank and they want it cleansed of Jews while refusing to accept Israel as a "Jewish" state.

They also want half of the capital of Israel and jurisdiction of the Temple Mount taken from the Jews.

As soon as the West Bank is given to the Palestinians, Hamas will take it over, too, either by ballot box or by force, whichever is easiest. The second the ink is dry on this "road map to peace," weapons will flood into the West Bank completing the encirclement of Israel.

As reported in the Arabic newspaper Al Hayat, King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia told U.S. President Obama, "We want from you a serious participation to solve the Palestinian issue and impose the solution if necessary."

The more I look at this road map to peace, the more it looks like a blueprint for destruction.
