The kids had trouble reaching their principal from the distance they were throwing at, so Heath stayed relatively dry while the first- through sixth-graders  hurled water balloons in vain, and groups of students looked on and cheered. McGrath Elementary School took a little different approach to try to motivate its students to raise money for the school this year. As a reward for the school’s students surpassing their goal and raising $5,600 at a PTA book fair held earlier this month, each class and its teacher received an opportunity to try and pelt school Principal Larry Heath with water balloons.
