Customer service alive and well

In the last year, I have become more selective about the restaurants I frequent.

I obviously want to get the most for my money.

Yesterday, I chose our local Elephant Bar for a birthday lunch with friends.

Unfortunately it didn't start out well and then just when we were thinking that we had wasted our hard-earned money, Christina (the assistant manager) and James (the general manager) saved the day.

They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good experience.

They are proof of an establishment that believes in customer service first and foremost.

I wanted to say, "Job well done" and I will trust them with my money again.
