Norby Moniz, a 2007 graduate of Canyon High School, is attending classes at the California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco. As a top student at the academy, he hopes to one day use his skills to run a kitchen of his own. He will graduate in December with an associate of occupational studies degree. Don't be surprised if one day you see this aspiring executive chef on your favorite cooking show. Move over Emeril, here comes Norby.
