John Joseph Ruiz, 75, apparently shot his wife, Racquel Christina Ruiz, 68, Thursday morning as she lay in bed then turned the gun on himself. The shootings occurred in the 100 block of Bobwhite Circle as home-visit health care workers were in another part of the home. Investigators said they suspect continual health problems prompted the shooting. |
