Senior Center holds rummage sale June 2-3

The SCV Senior Center Rummage Sale sponsored by the Center's Advisory Council will take place on June 2 and 3.

The sale will be held on the first consecutive Tuesday and Wednesday of even numbered months only, i.e., April, June, August, October, December and February.

The Rummage Sale hours will be from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on both days.

Items may be donated for the sale at 8 a.m. on the preceding Friday and Mondays only. Please see Advisory Council member Wayne Burns when dropping off donations.

The following items will not be accepted: Appliances; Books/Books-on-Tape; Clothing; Computer components, cables, or cords; Electronic Games unless new in original box; Fabric; Food items; Glassware or Stemware unless new in original box; Home videos; Lighting fixtures; Mugs or cups; Paints; Seasonal items out-of-season (no Christmas items in July, for example); Sipper cups; Speakers/headsets; Telephones unless new in original box; and VCRs.

Proceeds from the Advisory Council's Rummage Sale benefit the SCV Senior Center. Your participation is invited!
