U.S. HealthWorks in Santa Clarita has acquired two more occupational healthcare practices – one in Los Angeles and the other in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Valencia-based U.S. HealthWorks announced this month that it has added the California Occupational Clinic of L.A., and IndustriCare of Charlotte to its family of occupational healthcare and urgent care centers nationwide.

Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

The latest acquisitions now gives U.S. HealthWorks, a leading operator of occupational healthcare centers, 70 centers and worksites in California, and 212 centers and worksites in 19 states.

The medical care group U.S. HealthWorks already had a center in L.A. prior to the latest acquisition.

“U.S. HealthWorks has a great reputation for providing excellent medical care,” said Dr. Ezequiel Suarez, M.D. of California Occupational Clinic. “With our current exceptional staff, we’re looking forward to providing the same great personalized service that we’re been known for all these years, now under the U.S. HealthWorks umbrella.”
