Two men took off with $300 after holding up a Saugus gas station with a knife early Thursday morning.

The suspects remain at large, a sheriff's spokesman said.

Santa Clarita Valley sheriff's deputies are looking for two white males, dressed in black with baseball caps, between the ages of 18 and 20, who entered the Mobil station on the corner of Seco Canyon Road and Garzota Drive at 12:21 a.m. Thursday, Lt. Mark Hershey said.

One suspect pulled a knife on the clerk and demanded money. The clerk handed over the loot and the suspects fled on foot in an undetermined direction, he said.

Deputies ask anyone with information about the robbery to call the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station at (661) 255-1121.
