Ten years of West Ranch High staff births celebrated

West Ranch High School Principal Bob Vincent holds his six-week-old grandson Luke Robert Vincent and stands next to Emma Rose Warford, 10. Emma Rose was the first baby born and Luke was the last born to faculty, teachers and administration during the school’s 10-year existence.
