It was a night of flappers and fedoras Thursday as the new season of Senses kicked off with "The Roaring Twenties" event on Main Street in downtown Newhall.

The community block party was the first Senses to be held this year. Senses is part of the “Thursdays at Newhall” series, which features different events that are held on different Thursdays of the month on Main Street in Newhall.

“Thursdays at Newhall” events are expected to run from March through October.
