The SCV School & Business Alliance is looking for local business and community leaders who can serve as presenters for Discovering Careers 2009, the Santa Clarita Valley's hands-on career exploration program, planned for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 25 at College of the Canyons.

The expo features interactive presentations and demonstrations by local businesses and service organizations for students from 5 to 20 years old.

More than 20 businesses have applied to present activities, and the expo can accommodate up to 60 presenters.

Information is also available at www.hartdistrict.org/discover. Presenters are asked to donate $20 to help support the program, but a donation is not mandatory.
