The season after football season is in full swing — the recruiting season.

And two of the Santa Clarita Valley’s best are making news on that front.

Hart quarterback Brady White and Valencia wide receiver Nick Jones received scholarship offers this week.

And White also achieved an SCV first.

White received his third scholarship offer from an NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision school when Indiana offered him this week.

The junior previously received offers from San Jose State and Colorado State.

On top of the offer, White was also invited to play in the 2015 U.S. Army All-American Bowl — recognized as one if not the premier high school all-star football games in the country.

White is the first SCV football player to be invited to play in the game.

He was an All-Santa Clarita Valley first-teamer in 2013 with 4,535 passing yards, which ranked second in California.

His 41 touchdowns were the most at Hart since Sean Norton threw 44 in 2003.

As for Jones, the Foothill League Offensive Player of the Year recently received an offer from Idaho State, which plays in the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision.

Jones made 56 catches for a team-high 1,276 yards and 16 touchdowns.

He was also the Most Valuable Player of Sunday’s 18th annual Daily News All-Star Football Game.

He had four catches for 45 yards and two touchdown receptions.
