Friday marks the 20th anniversary of the Northridge earthquake, which struck around 4:30 a.m. Jan. 17, 1994, and caused extensive damage in the Santa Clarita Valley, along with the San Fernando Valley and other areas of Los Angeles County.

Signal Multimedia welcomes your stories and photos about that day that changed the course of many local residents’ lives.
