A shed fire in Newhall Saturday night kept firefighters busy for more than three hours, a fire official said.

Shortly before 6:45 p.m. Saturday, Los Angeles County Firefighters were dispatched to a house in the 22100 block of Oak Orchard Road near Aden Avenue, east of Railroad Avenue, for reports of a garage fire, said Fire Department Supervisor Ray Dong.

They found a shed burning near the house, he said.

“Nobody was hurt,” Dong said. “It was an outbuilding, 15 (feet) by 20.”

Firefighters left the fire scene shortly after 9:45 p.m., he said.
