Hundreds of Val Verde residents came out to chow down on an estimated 450 meals at the 15th annual Val Verde Thanksgiving Feast presented by Real Life Church and held at the Val Verde Community Center on Tuesday.

Fifty volunteers worked to dish out a total of 20 turkeys, 25 pies and 12 pans of stuffing and mashed potatoes at no charge to residents of Val Verde.
