Tom Trikilis, owner of Olivia's Dollhouse Tea Room in Newhall, recently opened Tamale Heaven behind the doll house.

Trikilis said the tamales sold at Tamale Heaven "are made by a gourmet chef in the Santa Clarita Valley.

They use special ingredients, they're extra large, they actually have meat in them and they are cooked in actual husks from Mexico."
