He made a bogey on No. 3 and hit his second shot right in the water on No. 8, which was a poor swing for him. It was a mistake he wouldn't normally make and made a double bogey.
That made it a struggle from there.
He played nicely on the back. He shot 3-under which was a nice comeback.
It was a tough putting week. He putted great last week and poorly this week, but that's golf.
I loved being out with Purtzer. Just watching him swing a golf club, he makes it look so easy. He's effortless and he hits it miles.
It is really something to see and fun to watch him play. It's like watching fish swim or something - it's just natural, easy.
We are all getting on the red eye and flying back to Jacksonville, and then will drive on Tuesday to Tampa to play the PGA Tour event.
That will be our first big tour event of the year.
We'll be pretty tired Monday night.
By Fred's standards, not a great weekend. We had a lot of potential yesterday to get right in the heart of the tournament, but the putter didn't cooperate.
Hopefully he won't let that get to him.
