The Children's Bureau hosts a parent information meeting for families interested in adopting from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. March 19 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 27265 Luther Drive in Canyon Country.

Foster parenting involves caring for a child on a short-term or long-term basis while adoption offers children a permanent, stable home.
