Class warfare

"Class warfare" is the rich conservative's battle cry regarding the new tax proposal on the wealthy elite of America. Really?

If so, it's an unfair battle for the average American's economic musket.

The conservative elite from their private glass stockades (from secret Swiss bank accounts to corporate tax havens like the Bahamas) have their Army.

It's a multitude of high priced generals, personal accountants and slick corporate lawyers to their field commanders for the 16,000-plus lobbyists who write the legislation for their bought-and-paid-for Republican yes-men on Capitol hill.

They have their PR coachmen - Hannity, Limbaugh and O'Reilly - who like a modern day Axis Sally willingly lie daily to the American people to entice them to the GOP's Pleasure Island.

But apparently that wasn't enough for the elite's Salt Mines. And since greed makes people greedier, the elite shipped middle- and lower-class jobs wholesale off to Communist China.

And when that still wasn't enough, they filled skilled-labor job vacancies with special foreign worker visas, and the remaining factories and farms with the illegal aliens flooding over our borders from impoverished countries by monetary policies that benefit the rich elite.

There is a class war going on in this country, and it was the rich conservative elite who fired the first shot 30 years ago with Reagan's voodoo "trickle down" economics theory.

The American worker is bleeding to death while the conservatives bicker about what kind of CEO jet to buy.
