I certainly agree that we must compel employers to use the E-Verify system.

The employers who hire people who are not in the system should be prosecuted.

We have people working in discount stores in Newhall and fast-food restaurants in Valencia and Canyon Country who do not speak one word of English.

Did those employers use the system?
