The Democrats' "We won, we wrote the bill" stimulus bill has certainly done a lot to stimulate debate about its merits.

All I can say is, based on N.Y. Senator Shumer saying Americans don't care about pork in the bill and our very own Nancy Pelosi underlining Shumer's point by hoping to earmark $30 million to protect the salt marsh harvest mouse in her district: I smell a rat.
